Why Are You Selling The Website?
I have started with a commission deal for this website, but the company I was working with had too high requirements for business loans and so we didn't close anything for a couple months. Then I started a pay per lead deal with another company (15$/lead). But they only accepted form leads (which represent 5% of the leads I get for this website, most are phone calls). Because they didn't get enough leads, the deal fell through. Obviously google ads cost way too much in this industry, so I would have been in the negative if I had done ads. 3 months ago, I had another guy agreeing to do 500$/month and then never paid his invoice.
At this point, I feel like the ideal buyer for this site is someone who knows people in the MCA industry, or has a relationship with a call center.
I have 4 other business loans sites (built on Snapps) that each have a GMB and that are ranked . I'd be ready to sell them all in a bundle.
