I am diversifying my JK portfolio as I got a little too linear, so I am willing to part with this site. This site is ranked page 1 in Google searches, and is in the map pack. Gets leads about every other day on average that I have been feeding to a carpet cleaner in Southfield for free. I think with spring right around the corner this site is going to pop. I have a verbal agreement with a carpet cleaner to pay $10 per lead, but we also discussed a fixed rate of $500. I think once spring hits it will take off. JK Buyer could add more pages and more services as the guy I am sending the leads to does all sorts of cleaning both residential and commercial. You could also try to find a different carpet cleaner if you like. My carpet cleaner knows that I am selling the site to a different agency.
