Why Are You Selling The Website?
I have been through 7 different fence companies with the leads. No one seems to want the leads after the first 6-10. They've told me they are too busy to "be running around giving estimates" or "we get too many through Home Adviser and don't need the leads".
I have yet to get paid for any leads. I did work out a deal with one fence company for 13% for any closed deals, however, he decided his company was only going to do Commercial fencing, not residential.
I get a lot of leads because most people do not want to deal with two of the 3 Map Pack companies (bad reputations).
